This one is a nod to my grandad, Reg. An absolute legend.

(Side note: the font is called 'Stella' - my grandma's name, she's our family's 94 year old queen!)

For some reason, I have this 1 really clear memory from when I was around 12/13. We were in his lounge, I was sitting on the sofa and he was stood telling me about a story of him and one of his mates. I can't remember the story at all (!!) but, at the end, he said, "oh, how we laughed!" and I just remember the sheer joy on his face as he recalled this memory!

Today, (April 21st, the day I've set this little Teemill shop up) he would have been 99 years old! My grandad was incredibly passionate about helping people know God for themselves so they knew the love, the comfort, the peace; just the life that comes with walking with God - especially through all life's mess!

The fact that he would be 99 today reminds me of the story Jesus told to help our understanding of the magnitude of God's love for every single one of us - Jesus likened God to a shepherd who would leave 99 sheep safe, to go out and find the 1 that got lost.

No sheep left behind... (if you've seen the movie Trolls, I hope you read that in the 'no troll left behind' voice!)

Anyway, now a quick bit about me & this shop:

My aim here is to bring hope and joy!

I love to say "there's always goodness to find in my mess" - the splatter here symbolises the mess & the hope symbolises the goodness!

I decided to create the clothing designs because I'm a mum & mental health nurse on a mission - uniting faith and mental health through real, loving, science-backed, nature focused healthcare - for free, for everyone.

This is starting through my website www.skylarkhopeandjoy.co.uk and ending wherever God takes it!

Thanks for looking & I hope you keep finding the goodness in your mess!

This one is a nod to my grandad, Reg. An absolute legend.
